Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde have reportedly settled their custody dispute, almost three years after they split.
The former couple, who share children Otis and Daisy, parted way in 2020 after nine years together and have been embroiled in a legal battle regarding child support as well as custody ever since.
Now DailyMail.com claim that the Hollywood stars have come to agreement concerning both issues with Sudeikis, 48, agreeing to pay Wilde, 39, $27,500 in monthly child support payments.
In court filings obtained by the publication, the figure is reportedly based on the Ted Lasso star and creator’s estimated income of $10.5million in 2023, compared to Wilde’s $500,000.
The outlet also alleged that will share joint custody of nine-year-old son Otis, and six-year-old daughter Daisy, on a “week-on, week-off basis.”
The pair are yet to speak out publicly over the reports, but were recently pictured together over the weekend attending their son’s football game.
The former couple began dating in 2011 and got engaged in 2013. They welcomed their son, Otis, in 2014 and daughter, Daisy, in 2016.
Despite attempting to keep their split private, their break-up made headlines last year when the OC actress was served with custody papers on stage at CinemaCon in Las Vegas during a speech about her film Don’t Worry Darling.
Wilde later complained that her former fiancé had orchestrated the incident to cause humiliation, as were embroiled in a wrangle over the parenting arrangements for their two children.
Sudeikis’ representatives said he did not know Wilde would be served with papers on stage.
Following their split, Wilde went on to date Harry Styles, 29, but they called time on their relationship late last year.
Since then, the House star and former SNL alum have been spotted embracing multiple times as they spent time together with their children.
The Standard has contacted Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde’s reps for comment.
