Jason Manford has told his social media followers he is "staying strong" in a "heartbreaking" update.
It comes after the comedian's grandmother, who he calls Nana Manford, was rushed to the hospital last month. Jason's nan, 99, has sadly remained in hospital since and is no longer eating.
Jason posted an emotional update to his Instagram where he posted pictures of his family around his nan's bedside and said the situation was "heartbreaking", as reported in Wales Online.
