Jason Manford has shared his heartbreak after the death of his beloved Nana.
The comedian posted a sweet video of himself singing Nat King Cole with his 99-year-old Nan who was suffering from dementia.
He said that even when the dementia "took hold" she still "loved music" and can be heard singing along.
