SCOTLAND'S national clinical director Jason Leitch has caught Covid-19.
He confirmed he had the virus with a post on Twitter and reminded everyone to “be careful” amidst rising case numbers.
The Office of National Statistics (ONS) estimated that one in 30 people had the virus although one expert said figures could be even higher.
Leitch wrote on Twitter: “Well, it finally got me for the first time.
“Global and Scottish cases are rising. Be careful everyone.
