Tsitsipas, a former winner of the tournament in 2021 and 2022, showcased his prowess by defeating Khachanov 6-4, 6-2 in a match that lasted just 81 minutes. This victory marked Tsitsipas's eighth win in nine encounters against Khachanov, who struggled to find his rhythm during the match.
