Janey Godley has revealed it was "tough" to finish her new novel while she was undergoing brutal rounds of chemotherapy.
The Scots comedian was diagnosed with ovarian cancer last year and has had a hysterectomy and six rounds of chemo so far.
But despite her health battle, Janey has been working hard on a new book, Nothing Left Unsaid, which is released today.
