Jamie Foxx returned to social media months after a scary on-set incident left him hospitalised, to update fans on his latest movie.
The 55-year-old Hollywood actor is said to have experienced a "medical complication" back in April while working on his Netflix film, Back In Action. But he has now announced the news that another production will be available for fans from next month, writes The Mirror.
Taking to Instagram, Jamie posted a clip of another Netflix production titled They Cloned Tyrone and confirmed it is set for release on July 21.
In the caption section, Jamie wrote: "It's about to go down." Jamie will appear in the production alongside big names such as John Boyega and Teyonah Parris.
The movie's official blurb describes it as: "A series of eerie events thrusts an unlikely trio (Boyega, Parris and Foxx) onto the trail of a nefarious government conspiracy in this pulpy mystery caper."
The filming for the movie was wrapped in April 2021 according to John's Instagram - over two years before Jamie's health scare.
Fans were worried about his health following the incident, but last week his representatives slammed claims the Covid vaccination was the reason behind his mystery illness.
In a statement, his representatives told told NBC News the claims are "completely untrue".
The Hollywood star is thought to have been spending time in a physical rehabilitation facility in Chicago.
