Jamie Foxx is spending time in a physical rehabilitation facility after being discharged from hospital, according to reports.
The 55-year-old actor experienced a "medical complication" last month while working on his upcoming Netflix film, Back In Action.
At the time, his daughter Corinne Foxx said "quick action and great care" was to thank for her father being "on his way to recovery".
She has since revealed he is out of hospital and "recuperating" and has been seen by her father's side as he continues to receive medical treatment.
Corinne and her sister Annalise Bishop were spotted in Chicago over the weekend spending time with Jamie as he continued to receive care.
In pictures obtained by TMZ, Anelise's mother Kristin Grannis also joined them at the facility.
A source told the publication Jamie arrived at the Chicago facility in late April, after originally getting treatment in an Atlanta hospital.
They added that the actor is "recovering well".
Announcing the news that her father has left hospital, Corinne wrote on Instagram : "My dad has has been out of the hospital for weeks recuperating.
"In fact, he was playing pickelball yesterday! Thanks for everyone's prayers and support," Corinne added. "We have an exciting work announcement coming next week too!"
Following the statement, the father-daughter duo also announced their plans to host a new game show.
"We are thrilled to be developing 'We Are Family' with Jeff Apploff and our friends at FOX Entertainment," Jamie and Corinne said in a statement.
"We hope this show brings as much fun to audiences at home as we’ve had creating it when it premieres next year."
The new series is expected to premiere in 2024 and will feature the non-famous relatives of celebrities performing duets with their well known family member.
The celebrities will be hidden and contestants can win up to $100,000 by correctly identifying them.
