Jamie Foxx has spoke for the first time after being hospitalised following a mysterious health scare.
The Oscar-winning actor has remained in hospital following the incident which happened on the set of his upcoming movie.
The 55-year-old took to Instagram on Wednesday and said he was "feeling blessed" by the outpour of support that he has received.
On a plain background he wrote: "Appreciate all the love!!! Feeling blessed."
His words were followed by emojis of praying hands, a love heart and a fox.
He was met with more well wishes and messages in the comments section from fans and famous faces alike.
Among them was singer Ludacris who sent a praying hands emoji, while Backstreet Boys star AJ Mclean wrote: "Hey bro. Aj from Backstreet Boys my man your in my prayers day and night bro. Lets get you better and home."
The actor is currently in a medical facility stateside and undergoing tests after his mysterious incident while filming for Netflix movie Back in Action.
As well as his message of appreciation, Jamie thanked Nick Cannon and Kelly Osbourne for temporarily filling in for him and his daughter Corinne on Beat Shazam.
Sharing the statement regarding their roles to his Story, Jamie said: "Appreciate ya my boy @nickcannon. See you all soon."
He added: "Thank you so much @nickcannon and @kellyosbourne for filling in this season! We are so pumped for season six!"
Earlier on Wednesday, Jamie's pal Charles Alston asked people to pray for the actor.
In his post, he asked everyone to keep the star in their thoughts and prayers, saying: "We need you back Bro.
"As I always state a true champion isn't the one that wins, it's the one that meets & overcomes adversity!! You're test becomes your testimony!!"
He continued: "We all can't wait to receive you back home to celebrate, laugh with and applaud you!!"
The incident is said to have left it "touch and go" as to whether Jamie would survive.
A source told Radar Online: "Jamie suffered a serious medical episode and needed immediate attention. It was touch and go for days with him, and he had to be revived — he is very lucky to be alive!"
