Former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher was told to 'behave' by Martin Tyler after making a joke about Manchester United and referees.
Carragher was alongside Tyler in the gantry to commentate on Fulham against Wolverhampton Wanderers on Friday night. The game was shown live on Sky Sports.
And during the coverage talk turned to Sunday’s Carabao Cup final between Manchester United and Newcastle United. Tyler suggested Michael Oliver, who was the referee for the game at Craven Cottage, could be in attendance at Wembley to cheer on Eddie Howe’s side.

The veteran commentator noted how Oliver cannot referee the Magpies matches due to supporting the club. However, as quick as a flash, Carragher hinted some referees might have a certain fondness for United.
“Obviously you can’t referee the club you support, so it must’ve been hard for them to find someone for the Carabao Cup final with Manchester United involved,” he said laughing.
Tyler quickly responded by telling the former Liverpool defender to 'behave' following the remark. Wolves took a first-half lead through Pablo Sarabia, with the hosts responding in the second-half through Manor Solomon.
