Jamie Carragher faces bankruptcy petition from HMRC over unpaid tax bill

Jamie Carragher faces being declared bankrupt after he allegedly failed to pay a tax bill, which is reportedly between £700,000 and £800,000.

On Wednesday, 26 August, HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) named the pundit, full name James Lee Duncan Carragher, in a bankruptcy petition filed at the High Court.
