James Tavernier knows he has 'unfinished business' at Rangers and that's why the Light Blues captain doesn't see himself playing his football away from Ibrox anytime soon.
The 31-year-old has been part of the Rangers furniture since June 2015, where he has scored an impressive 100 goals from almost 400 appearances. Tavernier was recently inducted into the clubs illustrious Hall of Fame and has a contract until summer 2026. The former Newcastle United youth star has won just two honours during his near eight-year spell in Glasgow and admits he's desperate to add more silverware - starting with a Scottish Cup semi-final win over Celtic to book a return to Hampden.
Whoever comes out on top will face Inverness Caledonian Thistle on June 3, presenting a perfect opportunity for both sides of the Old Firm. Speaking ahead of the showdown at the national stadium, Tavernier said: "I've three years left and I've got unfinished business. I want to win more things while I'm at Rangers. Football's funny, there are constantly moving parts. But I'm really happy and I'm continuing to make myself better every single day.

"My family's comfortable and if that's the way it goes that I finish up here, I'm more than happy and ready to put everything I've got into it.
"You're always judged on the trophies you pick up. If you win three-quarters of your games in the league and still don't pick up a trophy at the end, it means nothing. As a team we feel we're moving in the right direction with the gaffer.
"It's going to be a massive summer ahead, a lot of people will come and go. The club is going to go through a massive transformation and we've got to be ready for next season."
