Three players from Leicester City and Fulham are walking disciplinary tightropes ahead matches with Leeds United later this month. Leeds make the trip to the King Power Stadium next Thursday before hosting Fulham just three days later at Elland Road.
From a Leicester point of view, they have key man James Maddison just one booking away from incurring a one-match ban. Maddison has accumulated four yellow cards already this season, all of which have come after the 80th-minute mark in matches.
Given Leicester’s poor start to the season, that could be an indication of him letting out his frustrations on the pitch, particularly considering how impressive he has been. Maddison already has five goals and two assists this season and will need to navigate Saturday’s match with Crystal Palace to avoid missing the match against Leeds. An absence there would be a huge positive for Jesse Marsch's side.

Fulham, meanwhile, have two players at risk of suspension ahead of their trip to West Yorkshire. Both Harrison Reed and Kenny Tete have picked up four bookings so far this season, and will need to get through two games to avoid missing the match at Elland Road.
Marco Silva’s side face home matches with Bournemouth and Aston Villa before Leeds, though if either do pick up a booking against the Cherries, they will be available against the Whites. Tete has actually missed Fulham’s last two matches with injury, but was a key player in the opening seven matches.
Reed, meanwhile, has started every game so far this season, forming an excellent partnership with Joao Palhinha in midfield, who himself has already missed one match through suspension.
