And for his fans, it's a bittersweet moment as the plans for his final show being revealed.
Having hosted the Late Late show for seven years at the helm are taking over from Craig Ferguson in 2015, the comedian and actor is leaving the show - and people have been talking about what's to come.

Sadly the episode will first air in the US on April 27, which falls on a Thursday. Fans in the UK will then have to wait to watch it with the final two episodes set to air on Sky Showcase on April 28 (Friday) at 10:15pm and 11:15pm.

The show's final episode will feature appearances from Harry Styles and Will Ferrell.
In addition to the duo, K-pop group Blackpink and Tom Cruise will appear in the pre-show finale with an hour-long special of Carpool Karaoke airing before the very last episode.

Will One Direction re-unite on James Corden's Late Late Show?
If you're on any social media platform, you may have seen fans speculate that because Harry is appearing on the final show, he may use the opportunity to reunite with his bandmates, One Direction, during the final Carpool Karaoke.
However it seems this won't be happening with the show writing on Twitter: "Nobody loves the boys more than us... but this story just isn't true."
