James Comer Gives Biden's Doctor Hard Deadline to Testify About 'Cover-Up' Of Former President's 'Mental Decline'

Republican Rep. James Comer, chair of the House Oversight Committee, issued a subpoena to former President Joe Biden's doctor after he refused to appear before the body citing legal and ethical obligations as well as "physician-patient privilege."

Comer claimed that Dr. Kevin O'Connor played a role in "the cover-up of President Joe Biden's cognitive decline and potentially unauthorized issuance of sweeping pardons and other executive actions."
