Jalen Ramsey is selling his LA home, lists it for $13.995 million

Jalen Ramsey said 2020 that he hoped Los Angeles would be a “forever home” for him after being traded to the Rams the year prior. Unfortunately, that won’t be the case for the All-Pro cornerback after the Rams traded him to the Miami Dolphins this offseason, ending his tenure in Los Angeles after just three-plus seasons.

Now that he’s living in Miami, he’s selling his home in L.A. According to the Wall Street Journal, Ramsey has listed his home in Hidden Hills for $13.995 million. He bought the house from Howie Mandel in 2020 for $9.5 million, so the list price is $4.495 million more than he paid for it less than three years ago.

That’s a substantial profit if the house sells for asking. He wishes he could hold onto his Southern California home but he didn’t feel that was the best option because he doesn’t think he’ll be coming to California very often.

“If I felt like I was gonna be continuing to come to California often, then I would probably just hang on to it, honestly,” he told the Wall Street Journal, “because I love the home.”

The house is about 10,000 square feet in size, complete with six bedrooms, a wine room, basketball court, pool, sauna and guesthouse.
