Jakub Kiwior insists he is "waiting patiently" for his Arsenal debut after failing to make an appearance since his £21million transfer.
Kiwior, 23, joined the Gunners from Italian side Spezia in January but has not played a single minute for Mikel Arteta's side. He has been on the bench for Arsenal's last seven Premier League games - including the dramatic 3-2 win against Bournemouth on Saturday.
The Poland international, who is primarily a centre-back but can play in midfield, believes that Arteta "pays attention to everything" and that "everyone would like to play". It is difficult for Kiwior to get a chance, as Arteta has several defenders at his disposal.
Kiwior was interviewed by the Polish FA ahead of Arsenal's victory on Saturday. The Gunners recovered from two goals down to beat relegation candidates Bournemouth, as academy graduate Reiss Nelson scored a sensational 97th-minute winner at the Emirates.
Kiwior admitted, "What does Mikel Arteta pay attention to? I think he pays attention to everything. I thought that if we were leading by two or three goals I would get a chance, however, I am waiting patiently. Everyone would like to play."
Kiwior could make his debut against Sporting Lisbon in the Europa League on Thursday. Arsenal take on the Portuguese giants in the last 16 of the competition, as they try to beat the likes of Manchester United, Juventus and Roma to the trophy.

Arteta is expected to rotate his squad in Europe due to their Premier League title bid. Arsenal are five points clear of Manchester City in second at the top of the Emirates and have a great chance of ending their 19-year wait for a league title this season.
Arteta is unlikely to call on Kiwior in the Premier League - unless an injury crisis unfolds. William Saliba and Gabriel Magalhaes have formed a solid partnership at centre-back, with Ben White, Takehiro Tomiyasu and Rob Holding are all able to cover that position.
"When you look at all of Arsenal, they have a very strong squad for the Premier League," added Kiwior. "They want to play young players, they are not afraid to bet on them. I took that into account when I came here."
Kiwior also discussed his first impressions of Arsenal's London Colney training ground and Arteta's possession-based style of play. He said, "The moment you enter the training centre, you immediately see how big the place is - how many training fields there are.
"You can see that Arsenal's a very big club. Here, there's a lot of the ball, a lot of small games - particularly everything is done with the ball."
Kiwior, who started all four of Poland's four games at the World Cup in Qatar, has played for Arsenal in an U21 match against Chelsea - with Emile Smith Rowe also featuring. They were both taken off at half-time to ensure they remained fresh for first-team action.
