Jakub Jankto: Czech Republic international comes out as gay

Jakub Jankto Czech Republic Football Sparta Prague Twitter Inc.

Czech Republic midfielder Jakub Jankto “no longer wants to hide” as he becomes the first current men’s international footballer to publicly come out as gay.

Jankto, who plays for Sparta Prague on loan from Getafe, revealed his sexuality in a post on Twitter, saying: "I no longer want to hide myself."
