Jake Quickenden moved fans to tears with a 'beautiful' gesture as he prepared to marry his fiance Sophie Church. The excited Dancing On Ice 2018 winner and former I'm A Celebrity and The X Factor star looked nervous as he prepared to say his vows.
As the dashing groom gathered himself before saying 'I do' his pal Chris Hughes filmed the special moment, and he zoomed in on a touching gesture. Jake had added a sweet detail to his dapper beige suit - a pin bearing photographs of his late father and brother and words written in tribute to his loved ones.
"Dad and Oliver I know you would be here today if you weren't in heaven so far away," the messaged read. As former Love Island star Chris read them out loud he told Jake: "It's a lovely little touch." And an emotional Jake told him: "You're making me cry. Come on, Let's get married."

Jake named his 18-month-old son Leo Oliver after his late brother Oliver who died at the age of 19 in 2002. Four years earlier Jake's dad Paul also passed away. Both had battled bone cancer.
Jake popped the question last August during the couple's romantic getaway to Rhodes, Greece. He shared a snap of the delighted pair sharing a smooch by the water.
He announced on Instagram: "She said yes!" The love of my life the mother to my beautiful Leo and Freddie, I love you so much."And he added: "This isn't a drill it's actually happening."
Jake is also a doting stepfather to Sophie's eight-year-old son Freddie from a previous relationship. Sophie wrote: "I said YES to the love of my life and my future husband.
"I couldn't have asked for a better step dad for Freddie and father for baby Leo. Thank you for making this holiday so special! I love you forever."
Yesterday (Saturday September 3) Jake also celebrated his 34th birthday. He penned on his Instagram "34 years young today and the most blessed I have ever been…"
He added: "Get to marry my best friend tomorrow, with family and friends surrounding us!! Missing a couple of special people but they will be watching down!!"
Earlier this month the husband and wife-to-be soaked up the sun in Santorini. The star shared the idyllic views as he and Sophie dined with a view of the sun setting over Amoudi Bay.
"Many more sunsets & sunrises together to come," he wrote romantically on his Instagram as he posted a video clip of the dreamy scene.
