Jake Paul slams Conor McGregor as he claims his life is 'falling apart'

Jake Paul has slammed Conor McGregor and told the UFC star to give up the booze as he claimed his life is 'falling apart'.

The Youtuber turned boxing star is eyeing a dream fight with the Dubliner, and claims that McGregor should get back to the gym and target a return.

Sidelined thanks to a horror leg break against Dustin Poirier last July, fans know they won't see the Notorious one in action until at least the summer and he's been regularly pictured in his Blackforge Inn pub over the past weeks and months.

And despite McGregor vowing to give up drinking ahead of a fast approaching return to full training, Paul thinks he should quit sooner rather than later.

"I don't give a s*** about Conor," Paul told The Mirror at a press conference today for the Katie Taylor vs Amanda Serrano fight which he and Eddie Hearn are co-promoting.

"I just want to fight him and smack him in the head - in that sense I hope that he can win some fights so that we can actually fight.

"But the guy is a grown-a** man, he needs to figure out his life; it seems to be falling apart from what I can tell."

He added: "That's (drinking) clearly one of his many problems - he needs to get in the gym and drink calcium because his bones are f***ing breaking."

Paul was speaking after playing a key role in bringing together Taylor and Serrano's April 30 super-fight.

And last week, Hearn claimed that Paul had done a 'great job' as promoter as he explained a key difference between male and female boxing.

"Female boxing is a bit different to men's boxing. There's a lot more ego in men's boxing, genuinely with the women they want legacy, they want to fight the best.

"They want these historic moments. I'm not saying they would have done it for less, but money matters less I believe to the female fighters.

"But it didn't matter in this case because they've both done extremely well and Jake's done a great job."
