Jake Paul has been reported to have sent a message to Tommy Fury as he attempts to salvage their proposed August 6 fight.
Fury was set an ultimatum by Paul on Wednesday in order to resolve his visa issues and keep the fight alive but instead he pulled out and has now been criticised publicly by the American.
This comes after Fury's father John revealed that Tommy was overweight at 231lbs, leading Paul to tweet that he should be suing the former Love Island star for pulling out of their fight. Paul is promoting the fight himself through his Most Valuable Promotions company.

John Fury told DAZN via Freebets.com about his views on his son's training for the Paul fight, saying that he is not currently fit to fight.
"Tommy wasn't exactly in training," he said. "He'd only had about 10 days because he'd been on holiday and it was a surprising thing for him. I was a way out of it doing these tours [with WBC heavyweight champion and other son Tyson] and being busy elsewhere so I never got the chance to look at it properly.
"When I've paid attention, I noticed the whole thing wasn't right anyway. But I said: 'Okay, it is what it is, if you want to go over there and box him, do it. You're experienced enough now and it's a 50-50 platform. I know you could be fitter, you're overweight, but it's entirely up to yourself because I'm busy and I can't do it.'
"So he said: 'Okay then, I'll do my own thing and I'll go fight him anyway because I can beat him.'"
This led to Paul quoting the tweet, saying: "I should sue this fool. Own dad exposes why he pulled out a second time." This comes after it was revealed that Paul sent Fury an Instagram DM as a final attempt to salvage the doomed fight.
Paul told ESPN : "We didn't hear from him, his team didn't hear from him and he made no effort to try and get into the United States to make the fight happen.
"I told him I'd give him until Wednesday to figure this out and didn't hear from him at all, there was no effort put in. I personally DM'd him saying: 'Yo, I have people ready to get you your visa inside the Embassy, I have the best lawyers'.
"He didn't even look at my DM. Normally he looks at all of the DMs that I send him, he replies to all my stories and he literally went into hiding so I had to send him the termination notice."
