Jake Paul's dad Greg has accepted the fight challenge of British TikTok star Simple Simon - as long as the fight happens in bare-knuckle boxing or in MMA.
The 58-year-old Ohio native is seemingly the only member of the Paul family who doesn't fight, with his sons Jake and Logan having competed nine times between them. He is an avid MMA fan and got his sons into the sport early, and has been jokingly called out by YouTubers for years.
But he now appears to want to step into the ring for real, and seemingly has interest in fighting 'Simple' Simon Colbran, a TikTok star who made his debut in London last weekend. He was knocked out by 19-year-old Ed Matthews, but insists he wants to fight again.
"There's some dumba** from the UK calling me out for a fight called Simple Simon," Paul said after hearing of the challenge. "He just had a boxing match with someone else, and he got his a** kicked. Listen, Simple Simon, I understand why you got the simple part in there.
"I'll fight you, but you see I haven't been working out or anything, and I think my arm is bigger than your calf. I'll fight you bare-knuckle or MMA, send me the contract so you can quit your f***ing lying. Your daughter cannot be in the arena because I don't want her to see you get the f*** beat out of you, you scrawny little b****. Send me the contract and drink Prime [his son's energy drink]."
Unfortunately, it may be too late for Paul's act of charity, as Simon's daughter Keeley was in attendance for his fight with Matthews. He looked to struggle with the occasion as he was stopped within a round by his much younger opponent, and now wants to redeem himself.
"Alright, this is the official call-out to Greg Paul," Colbran told Paul in an Instagram video yesterday. "I don't want to go out on a massive L, which I am at the moment, I want to go out on a win. "I'm not sure if he's too busy fishing or whatever they do when they retire out there, but let's do this, come on. UK vs USA, come on Greg, let's have it mate."

This isn't the first time that the TikTok star has made it clear that he wants a fight with the Paul patriarch. He told Mirror Fighting before his bout with Matthews that he was interested in facing the 58-year-old, who currently lives on a California ranch owned by his son Logan where he enjoys his retirement.
"I wouldn’t mind another fight and if it goes well, I’d like to fight Greg Paul," Colbran said before his loss. "I’m not calling him out but I’m saying if things went well against Ed, then someone like Greg Paul would be brilliant. I think we’re the same age, he’s into fitness as well. Both of his son's box, he’s got a big following in the US and I’ve got a big following in the UK. I just think it would be ideal and go down quite well."
