Jake Paul has responded to Deji's rematch call-out by branding his fellow YouTube star "a pube".
Paul is currently undefeated having won his five professional fights, which include two victories over former UFC champion Tyron Woodley.
Before his professional career began, Paul beat Deji in a white-collar clash which took place in Manchester in 2018, with the fight stopped in the fifth stanza.
Deji called for a rematch with Paul further down the line to which the American star has now responded: "Deji is a walking pube, I feel bad for the people that are f****** idiots."
British star Deji is set to face another social media star Alex Wassabi at the OVO Wembley Arena this weekend as he looks to get a maiden victory under his belt.
He will take encouragement from the fact that he is the only man Paul has not sent crashing to the canvas having had the towel thrown in by his corner.
However his return also ended in defeat having been beaten by TikTok star Vinnie Hacker last year on the Social Gloves card in America.
After a period away from the platform and a talking to from his brother KSI regarding a new training plan, Deji is ready to try and make a winning return this weekend.
Deji is keen to secure a second meeting with Paul and believes an opportunity could be realistic within five fights, despite admitting his respect for the star.
"That's the plan," Deji told Mirror Fighting about a possible rematch. "I need to build up a portfolio, but who knows I might get another shot at redemption.
"I guess I'd need maybe five wins, potentially, we'll see though, nobody knows. Even if you hate Jake Paul, you have to respect what he's doing, I don't hate him, but I hated him back then.

"As of now, not really because you grow up and everything but I have just nothing but respect for what he's doing. To get in the ring is one of the hardest things to do."
Paul is currently out of action as he turns the focus to his promoting career by staging the event between Katie Taylor and Amanda Serrano alongside Eddie Hearn.
Paul has been in demand in recent weeks including Julio Cesar Chavez Jr and Tommy Fury who is keen for their bout to be rescheduled after his withdrawal last year.
However Paul is unlikely to return to the ring until later in the year despite returning to his training gym in Puerto Rico.
He has also admitted there are presently no options that will "motivate" him to begin another gruelling training camp.
