Jake Paul delivers challenge to brother Logan and KSI ahead of Arsenal vs Liverpool

Outspoken Liverpool fan Jake Paul has called out his brother Logan and YouTuber KSI ahead of this weekend’s clash between the Reds and table toppers Arsenal this weekend.

The American has not attempted to hide his support of the Anfield outfit over recent months having publicly confirmed himself as a fan back in April ahead of the Merseyside derby.

Unfortunately for Paul, his support has not meant success for Jurgen Klopp ’s Reds. They were beaten to the Premier League and Champions League titles at the end of last season by Manchester City and Real Madrid respectively, whilst they have endured a miserable start to the new campaign.

Liverpool languish in ninth as it stands having won just two out of their opening seven Premier League games. They will now be looking to finally kick start their season this weekend as they take on table-topping Arsenal.

Ahead of the game, Paul has launched a challenge at his brother Logan and his business partner KSI - the pair’s PRIME energy drink having recently been confirmed as the Gunners’ ‘official hydration partner’.

Taking to Twitter after the Reds’ victory over Rangers in the Champions League, Paul wrote: “The world is a better place when Liverpool wins and Mo Salah is doing what Mo Salah [has] always been doing. Scoring.

“Sunday at Arsenal is going to be a cracker. Maybe Logan [Paul] and his junior partner [KSI] in PRIME want to put on a little bet.”

There has of course been plenty of animosity between Jake Paul and KSI in the past due to their boxing commitments. The pair have been touted to clash on numerous occasions but a fight is yet to be organised.

In the meantime, the British YouTuber turned rapper has already poked fun at Paul’s support of Liverpool by claiming that their indifferent run of form occurred straight after he confirmed his commitment to the Reds. Writing on Twitter last month, KSI said: “Liverpool have been terrible ever since Jake Paul started supporting them.”

KSI is an Arsenal supporter himself having regularly given his backing to the Gunners over social media. A victory over Liverpool at the Emirates Stadium could see the North London side extend their lead at the top of the table to four points with nearest rivals Manchester City set to take on stuttering Southampton.

In the meantime, the Reds could potentially propel themselves up to fifth with victory having been held to a 3-3 draw against Brighton & Hove Albion last time out.
