Jake Paul has branded Tyson Fury a "drunk pirate" after he called out Oleksandr Usyk following his victory over Anthony Joshua last night.
Fury had claimed to be retired from the sport but has yet to vacate his WBC title and now appears ready to take on Usyk for all four heavyweight world titles. Fury had already made a number of U-turns since he retired after his win over Dillian Whyte in April and now appears set on returning to the ring.
After Usyk beat Joshua by split-decision in Jeddah, the 'Gypsy King' was quick to issue his response to the fight, saying in a now-deleted video: "I've just seen Joshua lose for the second time to Usyk, [he was] out of his depth. England has been relieved of its belts but there is a remedy and solution that I can suggest. If you want those belts back then send in the Gyspy barbarian; send me in and I will relieve the Ukrainian dosser of his belts like I did the last Ukrainian dosser.
"But it's not going to be cheap, if you want the best you have to pay. It's going to be very expensive; so get your chequebook out and I will relieve the Ukrainian dosser of the belts." Paul quickly responded to Fury's claim, tweeting: " Tyson Fury is just a drunk pirate." This came shortly after Fury's two videos which reacted to the fight despite previously suggesting he would pay no attention to the proceedings in the Middle East.
Fury has already traded verbal barbs with the YouTube star over the twice arranged fight between Paul and his brother Tommy, which has failed to make it to the ring on both occasions. The 'Gypsy King' even placed a £1million bet with Paul on the outcome of the clash, despite his sibling later being banned from the US which ended the chances of any fight taking place.

The 'Gypsy King' announced his plans to retire on multiple occasions but it now appears he will return to the ring in an undisputed title fight. Fury could be granted the opportunity to try and become the heavyweight division's first undisputed champion since Lennox Lewis in 1999.
Fury would likely pose the most menacing test yet to Usyk's credentials having been widely regarded as the division's No.1 fighter despite Usyk's electric performances. His promoter Bob Arum has even revealed talks have already taken place to stage the fight in anticipation that the Ukrainian brushed past Joshua once again.
