Jake Paul calls on John Fury to make retirement bet for fight with son Tommy

Jake Paul wants John Fury to leave boxing if he can beat the Brit's son Tommy in their heated grudge match in Saudi Arabia later this month.

The YouTube star, who is 6-0 as a boxer, has had a years-long feud with John's son Tommy, who is 8-0 as a professional and famous around the world for his appearance on the 2019 season of Love Island. And the pair will finally settle their differences in Riyadh on February 26 when they step into the ring after three previous fight cancellations.

Fury has pulled out of two bouts with his rival over the last few years, first due to an injury and secondly due to visa issues. But with the pair now set to meet on neutral ground in the Middle East, and with John allowed in the corner, the Brit has assured that they will be showing up.

And Paul wants to make a bet with the elder Fury that he quits the sport if Tommy loses, commenting on his angry video: "Papa John! Congrats on Bambi. You believe in your wee boy? Then make another video and confirm that you will retire him from boxing if he loses to me. Otherwise talk less and show up for once."

"A quick video to Jake Paul and co," John Fury said in a recent Instagram post. "Jake, you think Tommy's not going to show up. You're going to be very disappointed and mistaken because we're one million per cent going to be there. We can't wait to get this fight on with you.

"There's no way in this entire world that this fight ain't going to happen, pal, so if you're dreaming in your own little boy's brain that we're not going to show up and Tommy's not going to fight you, you're going to be very wrong. Be prepared to get taken out of that ring on a stretcher, my friend, because that's what's happening to you.

"You've no chance at all, I don't give you any chance whatsoever, not even a remote chance, not even a puncher's chance. Your last fight with Silva, that fake thing; you missed him and he fell on the ground! I watched it time and time again on a video, you missed him and he fell down and got counted out [other angles show Paul landed to put down Silva, and the fight ended in a decision]. You're in a real fight this time, mucker, with my son who can bang with both hands. So advice to you, keep 'em up!"

The Fury family have previously said that Tommy may have to change his name if he is to lose to Paul in their fight. His world champion brother Tyson even joked that he can stay in Saudi Arabia and be a personal trainer for Cristiano Ronaldo should he taste his first defeat this month.
