Jake Paul's tattoo of an Au Vodka bottle mysteriously was nowhere to be seen as he fought Tommy Fury on Sunday night. The 26-year-old YouTube influencer hit the headlines as he appeared to have the Welsh vodka brand tattooed on his arm just days before his big fight, being paid $250,000 for the privilege.
He was challenged by DJ Charlie Sloth to get a bottle of the Blue Raspberry flavoured vodka, produced by Swansea-based Au Vodka, tattooed on his arm, calling it "easy money bro", sampling the vodka, and sitting down for his tattoo. Fans expected to see the tattoo on show as he fought the brother of Tyson Fury in Saudi Arabia, but were left confused when the arm where the tattoo was meant to be was bare.
It caused a discussion on social media among many as the fight, which Fury won after a split decision, played out. Get Swansea stories straight to your inbox with our newsletter.
