Jake Paul agrees to fight Joe Fournier if 'boxing billionaire' beats rival KSI

Jake Paul has agreed to face KSI's next opponent if the 'boxing billionaire' is able to get past his long-time YouTube boxing rival next month.

After a chequered past that included Fournier taunting Paul by having his ex-girlfriend corner him for a fight on the social media star's undercard, it appears that the pair have put their differences aside in a new podcast recording. However, they could become rivals once again if the Brit can get a hometown victory at Wembley on May 13.

Paul had Fournier had a guest on his show BS With Jake Paul ahead of his bout with KSI, and the pair appeared cordial - not even addressing their previous feud. But when it was suggested that they get in the ring after the KSI fight, Paul and Fournier both appeared keen on the idea.

"If you get through KSI, I'm down," Paul told Fournier during the interview. "I think it's a great fight, it's a fun fight. It'd be really good and we'd get into it. Right now, we're friends. But if we fight it's going to be different, we're going to start going ape s***... We'll both be, probably, in the club before the fight."

Fournier has been making a point of maintaining his flashy Miami lifestyle in the build-up to his meeting with KSI, and joked that he and Paul could go to the popular E11EVEN nightclub after their chat. However, he is now 40-years-old and hasn't had a professional fight in three years, with his last time in the ring an exhibition with pal David Haye.

"I want to actually hurt him," Fournier insisted after Paul's co-hosts joked that he wasn't taking the fight seriously enough. "I need the TV time, baby. I want to just really hurt him, go to the body real hard and test those abs out, them 'Mean's Health' abs. You've got to break him down a little bit.

"And honestly I need the ring time, I haven't fought in two years since David, you [Jake] have had a lot of ring time the last few years. I've done not one round. I think that between our trash talking we could do really well, must-see TV."

KSI and Fournier have had a relatively understated build-up over the past few months, with their pre-fight press conference not erupting as previous ones have in the past. Fournier did shove his rival during their face-off, but even that couldn't unsettle the YouTube star, who remained an almost uninterested calm before darting out of the event.
