Jair Tavares admits Lee Johnson's trust in him as a player was a key factor in his move to Hibs.
The former Benfica B star made the permanent switch to Easter Road on a long-term deal to be part of the summer rebuild at the capital club.
The 21-year-old - who has put to pen to paper on a four-year deal - can't wait to get started at Hibs and showcase his talents.

Speaking to Hibs' official website, he said: “The trust he passed on to me was really important to come here.
“Not so many coaches do what he did for me, so I thank him a lot.
“I’m really, really happy. I’m excited. I came from Portugal to help the team and the Club to get success and a lot of wins.

“It’s a historical club in this country and is a big opportunity to play for this club, to show me and this club to the world. I am here to help the club.
“The experience I had in the second league in Portugal for Benfica B really helped me a lot because I played against big men, which gave you a lot of experience; that’ll be important for this season at Hibernian FC.”
On his key attributes as a player, he added: "As a player, I’m a fast guy, I’m skilful, but I will always just look to help the team.”
