The Jaguars are coming off of four wins in 19 days, and quarterback Trevor Lawrence is feeling good.
After a disappointing 1–2 start to the year, which included a trouncing at the hands of the Texans that was inexplicable at the time, the Jaguars now sit at 5–2 with two more wins than any other team in the AFC South.
Having reached the top of the standings, Lawrence had a message for critics who still don’t believe in the Jaguars.
"Y’all keep your opinions and we’ll keep finding ways to win," Lawrence wrote in a social media post, which was capped off with the eyes emoji and #analysts.

Lawrence didn't call out any of his perceived critics by name, but his message came through loud and clear—keep talking, he doesn't mind.
The Jaguars will have a chance to extend their winning streak to five games next Sunday when they travel to Pittsburgh to face off against the Steelers. Jacksonville’s 5–2 start this season is the best record the team has had through seven games since 2007.
