Jaguars player fined for actions vs. Bengals

A few days removed from the primetime affair on “Monday Night Football” against the Jacksonville Jaguars, the Cincinnati Bengals didn’t have a player from that game fined by the NFL.

The Jaguars can’t say the same, though.

According to the NFL’s accountability page, Jaguars defensive end Roy Robertson-Harris received a $10,927 fine letter from the NFL this week for unnecessary roughness. On the play in question in the first quarter, he removed the helmet of Bengals wideout Tyler Boyd.

It’s a tame fine report once again from a Bengals perspective this week, as the moment was pretty easy to forget given all that occurred during the game, including the highlight that was Trey Hendrickson helping, then praying for Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence.
