The Jacksonville Jaguars saw quarterback Trevor Lawrence’s right ankle stepped on by offensive lineman Walker Little and then the quarterback was bent over backward when he went to the turf in the fourth quarter against the Cincinnati Bengals on Monday Night Football.
Lawrence was helped up and attempted to walk off the field. He fell and took off his helmet and threw it down in frustration.
When he was finally helped off the field, Lawrence was taken to the X-ray room.
Oh boy. Trevor Lawrence is down.
He slammed the turf and threw his helmet after he couldn’t put weight on that ankle.

Trevor Lawrence in the locker room with teammates telling them about his ankle injury. A couple left him smiling after update and he seems in good spirits. Nothing wrapped on his right ankle and he’s standing on his own on that ankle. He does have crutches on ground for support.
