Jada Pinkett Smith and Jaden spotted in first outing since Red Table Talk axing

Jada Pinkett Smith wasn't going to let her cancelled Red Table Talk show get in the way of having a good time as she headed to South Korea with her son Jaden Smith.

The duo were snapped on the red carpet for a fashion spectacle in the country's capital, Seoul.

The actress, 51, and her 24-year-old son were pictured enjoying some mother-and-son time, with mum Jada all smiles.

Jaden, meanwhile, cut a more sultry look as she stared down the lens of the cameras at the pre-fall show for Louis Vuitton's range.

The iconic designer's collection was unveiled to those in attendance at the iconic Jamsugyo Bridge at the Hangang River.

Jada opted for an all-black leather ensemble, complete with a long black leather jacket and laced-up high-heeled boots. She paired the outfit with a matching belt and oversized brown Louis Vuitton clutch which both featured the designer's trademark floral pattern.

Singer-actor Jaden turned up in an oversized coat and trousers combination and also rocked a pair of edgy platform boots to help him tower above his mum.

Underneath his large clothing, a number of silver chains peeked through.

It was the first time Jada had been snapped in public since the surprising news her Facebook show was to be cancelled.

Breaking her silence shortly after the news was made public, Jada admitted she was "sorry" to see those who worked on the show "disband".

In an emotional Instagram message, the star said: "We are so grateful to have had such a beautiful partnership with Facebook Watch and we are sorry to see the entire team disband."

While the show will no longer feature on Facebook, she is actively looking for a new home for it to sit.

"We wish everyone well in their new journeys to come," she added. "We at Red Table are in talks of finding a new home and we'll see you soon."

The move to cancel the show comes amid Meta's cost-cutting initiative and will see the show come to an abrupt end after five seasons.

It's to be joined on the scrap heap by other Meta shows, including Steve Harvey's Steve on Watch and a number of docuseries hosted by Yara Shahidi, JoJo Siwa and Becky G.

One person who doesn't appear to be sad to see the show end is presenter Nick Cannon, who has hit out at the "toxic" series.

He even blamed the Meta show for Will Smith slapping Chris Rock in his rant about Jada's series.
