Talk about swings of emotions.
Jacksonville State trailed Louisiana Tech by seven points with seconds left in Conference USA play on Saturday.
The Gamecocks’ Tyler Huff launched a Hail Mary that said over everyone and into the hands of Cam Vaughn.
All JSU needed was the PAT to win the game. Ooops.
The PAT was missed by Garrison Rippa, who was five of six on them in the game.
The contest went to overtime where the Gamecocks Tre Stewart capped a 156-yard game with a touchdown run of 11 yards.
Jacksonville State stopped Louisiana Tech and wound up winning the hard way, 44-37 in overtime.
“OH. MY. GOODNESS.”
After the Hail Mary to tie it, Jacksonville State MISSED THE EXTRA POINT and the game is going to OT. https://t.co/ObU1tyACaf pic.twitter.com/kBoc3ro5fy
