Jack Grealish has accepted a Peaky Blinders-related gift from a fan in emotional footage released after Manchester City hammered Newcastle.
The winger played all 90 minutes and provided an assist as Pep Guardiola's men moved three points clear of Liverpool at the top of the Premier League. In attendance at the game was Abbie Pinder, who has struck up a close relationship with Grealish.
The 14-year-old previously met Grealish ahead of City's FA Cup clash with Fulham in February. At that match, the England international handed Pinder a signed shirt and hugged her as he entered the Etihad Stadium.
Following that meeting, the Pinder family revealed that Grealish had invited her back to another match as his personal guest. It appears that game came on Sunday, when City hosted Newcastle in the Premier League.
The Pinder family took in match from Grealish's private box, with the winger coming up to meet them afterwards. And after meeting her hero, the 14-year-old decided to give Grealish a card and a gift.
While not shown to the camera and left in its box, it was clear that the present was related to hit BBC drama Peaky Blinders. Grealish was obviously taken aback by the gift and gave Pinder an emotional hug to thank her.

"Thank you, should I open it now? Come on then let's open this. Peaky Blinders! How do you know I like Peaky Blinders? Aw come here, thank you. Thank you so much," he says in a video posted on Pinder's TikTok account.
He then posed for more photos with Pinder and her family, continuing to show his class. Grealish's heartwarming actions led to widespread praise, including from Pinder, who thanked the 26-year-old.
"A moment I’ll never forget meeting my idol. I wasn’t going to post this but Jack's dad said it was too lovely not to post. Here’s me giving my idol @jackgrealish a present to say thank you for what he has done for me and to say thank you for letting me go in his private box and meeting his family," she wrote on TikTok.
Grealish has had a mixed season in his first campaign at City since completing a British record transfer move to Manchester. Though he admitted he has been left disappointed by his performance, he insisted he is putting his full focus on securing the title.
"We stuck together as a team and as a unit over the last few days, we just try to end the season strongly, we've done that today. We look at the table and we want to win the league so we see it ourselves," he told Sky Sports.
"Today was just to go out there and get the win. You want to score goals, especially as an attacking player, especially me. I try and score and assist, I've not had as many as I wanted this season. We're in the driving seat. We're not thinking about what's gone on around us, it's in our hands. We have to win every game as we would anyway."
