Srinagar: National Conference leader Omar Abdullah will take oath as Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir on October 16. 


Ex-J&K Chief Minister on Monday received a letter from Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, inviting him to form the next government in the union territory.
