Christopher Maloney has sent a message to fans after he admitted he had gone too far with his latest surgery.
The 45-year-old Scouser shot to stardom in 2012 on the ninth season of X Factor. Christopher was a hit with viewers as he finished in third place on the singing competition.
The Celebrity Big Brother star enjoyed a successful career in pantomime after his stint on the ITV contest. He regularly keeps his fans posted with updates from his life on Instagram.

He was flooded with support yesterday when he shared a snap of his bloodied face after he went under the knife for a cosmetic procedure. He said: "Think I've gone too far! Need a hug xx #bodydysmorphia #bodydysmorphia #bodydysmorphicdisorder #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealth #positivity."
He has taken to social media today to thank fans for all their support. He said: "Good afternoon guys! Thank you for all your lovely messages. Feeling so much better today. You ROCK xx"
The NHS defines body dysmorphia as a "a mental health condition where a person spends a lot of time worrying about flaws in their appearance. These flaws are often unnoticeable to others."
Chris has been open about his battle with the condition and has previously shared his struggles with anxiety and body image. Fans flooded the comments to send messages of support after the update yesterday.
