Christopher Maloney has been flooded with support after he admitted he had gone too far with his latest surgery.
The 45-year-old Scouser shot to stardom in 2012 on the ninth season of X Factor. Christopher was a hit with viewers as he finished in third place on the singing competition.
The Celebrity Big Brother star enjoyed a successful career in pantomime after his stint on the ITV contest. He regularly keeps his fans posted with updates from his life on Instagram.

The NHS defines body dysmorphia as a "a mental health condition where a person spends a lot of time worrying about flaws in their appearance. These flaws are often unnoticeable to others."
Chris has been open about his battle with the condition and has previously shared his struggles with anxiety and body image. Fans flooded the comments to send messages of support after the update.
