As the controversy rages on about This Morning's segment filmed at Westminster Hall where the Queen was lying in state, fans think Holly Willoughby has been "up all night crying".
Eagle-eyed viewers took to social media in their droves to claim that the ITV presenter looked like she'd been emotional ahead of her shift today for Wednesday's instalment of the daily show.
Holly and Phillip Schofield have been at the centre of abuse from the public since it was claimed they "jumped the queue" to see the late monarch's coffin last Thursday after they were spotted on a BBC live feed camera.
The ITV presenters faced massive public backlash after the photos emerged. Members of the public who wanted to pay their respects to the Queen were forced to stay in line for up to 12 hours, and many celebrities including David Beckham and Tilda Swinton were spotted in line with the public, reports the Echo.
After Holly and Phil were spotted not having to wait, This Morning was forced to issue a statement which confirmed the pair had been working at the venue and had not taken the place of any member of the public in a queue. . Angry fans have since filed a petition to have both hosts removed from the ITV show which has already acquired 37, 000 signatures.
Holly's pal Piers Morgan confirmed the star has been left devastated by the reaction on his GB News show on Tuesday.
And now viewers are concerned for her welfare as many took to social media to say they thought she looked like she'd "been crying all night".
Alexis wrote: "Holly looks like she's been crying all night #ThisMorning." Ste said: "Is anyone going to mention #queuejumpers #ThisMorning They both look on the verge of tears."
"Still think they’re better than everyone else. No apology still Schofield looks smug Holly he’s doing a Meghan Markle . Let’s pretend," David said. Skylar said: "Oh bless @hollywills 's heart. She actually looks exhausted on that sofa today. Not long now Holly . They will be picking on someone else next week ..keep fighting #yougotthis @thismorning xx"
Non said: "Does Holly look different?" Pam said: "Has Holly had some fillers? Her face looks much more plumped".
Yesterday, the pair addressed the issue at the top of the show.
Speaking over a montage of people lining to see the coffin, Holly said they went in as accredited broadcasters, adding: “It was strictly for the purpose of reporting on the event for millions who weren’t able to visit in person.”
One viewer responded after the apology: “Show us the report they did from inside the hall then we can see they were working and the situation is resolved.
“If there isn’t one and there is no footage of them in the hall they didn’t need to be in there.”
