This Morning fans found themselves heading back to bed after tuning into the latest episode - and jokingly said 'thanks Holly and Phil'. Hosting duo Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield were back at the helm of the ITV daytime programme on Thursday (February 23).
During their last stint on the show of the week, the pair were joined live in the studio by American actor and director Jon Favreau who was on hand to chat about the third series of The Mandalorian which returns to Disney+ next month.
And there were also plenty of the usual segments with Dr Trishala Lakhani live on the show with her advice on the safest ways to straighten your teeth while makeup artist Bryony Blake showed off the must-have products - from makeup to food - that have just launched.

However, fans felt the penultimate programme of the week got off to a 'miserable' start as Holly, 42, and Phillip, 60, with the This Morning's View segment in which they discuss the latest news headlines. They were joined in the studio by Ateh Jewel while Nick Ferrari joined live from the LBC studio to chat about the biggest stories of the day.
And there were a number of difficult topics including the war in Ukraine, as we approach a year since Russia's invasion, the cost of living crisis in the UK as they debated what the outcome of the 2023 budget will be as it takes place on March 15 and the news that Shamima Begum has been refused entry back into the UK after leaving the country to join ISIS in 2015.
Following a break, Holly and Phillip did discuss lighter stories with Ateh and Nick but it was too late for some This Morning viewers, according to the Mirror.
One said: "Gosh, whoever scheduled the topics on This Morning today must be going through it. How miserable." Another said: "Wish I had of watched the Love Island re-run instead of This Morning.... I want to go back to bed now. War, cost of living crisis, and ISIS and funeral all within ten minutes."
A third complained: "The most depressing This Morning in history!!!!!! Not what we need when we turn on the TV as an escape." A fourth added: "Turned on the TV after waking up and feel an overwhelming sense of doom and gloom now. Thanks Holly and Phil."
But Jon's appearance on the show certainly brightened everyone up. One viewer tweeted: "I could listen to Jon Faverau talk about Star Wars ALL DAY LONG #thismorning." Another shared: "@thismorning getting @Jon_Favreau is a huge scalp. Great interview." A third shared: "Jon Favreau. What a legend #ThisMorning."
