ITV This Morning viewers point out problem seconds into episode as Pink makes special appearance

This Moning viewers wasted no time in pointing out a problem with the latest episode after it was revealed that American superstar Pink would be making a special appearance in the studio. Josie Gibson and Dermot O'Leary appeared thrilled as they told viewers the singer would be live on the ITV daytime show on Tuesday (February 14).

It comes after Phillip Schofield was left fuming about Pink being on the show while he and Holly Willoughby are off on their annual half-term break. Someone's deeply upset about what just happened," Holly, 41, remarked following an ad break on one of last week's shows which featured a teaser on Pink's appearance.

Phillip, 60, exclaimed: "No way!" He then said: "I’ve been here for nearly 200 years and she’s the one person I want to meet." "A***," screamed Phillip as a stunned Holly covered her mouth with both hands before saying "Oh," as Phillip complained: "Harsh."

"Come back, pop in, you’re only down the road," Holly tried to tell him but her co-star went on: "I can't believe it, Tuesday and it’s half-term," he said, before taking appearing to take Holly's advice and adding: "I’m not going off, I’m coming in!" Later, after the ad played again following a break, Phillip again complained that he was "annoyed".

But it appears, for now, that Phillip hasn't taken a trip to the ITV studio in order to meet the singer with Dermot and Josie set to interview her on the show. However, as the duo revealed what is to come on the second episode of This Morning of the week as they opened the show, viewers spotted a problem.

While Pink will be chatting with Josie and Dermot on the show's famous sofa, it will be celebrity chef Gino D'Acampo who will be performing. While also whipping up a delicious dish in the kitchen, the 46-year-old has also brought along his guitar to perform with singer, Scott Wilkes

@IckieBickie wrote: "They have Pink on #ThisMorning yet that Gino character is singing on the show." @SmokeyToes76 argued: "What an insult to Pink having [Gino] play the ‘headline’ act #ThisMorning." @stephanie1317 added: "Couldn’t they get pink to sing instead #ThisMorning."
