This Morning viewers were quick to say they were 'not having it' as Sharon Osbourne made a rare appearance on the show. The former X Factor judge was live in the studio on Monday (January 9) where she sat on the famous sofa for a chat with hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby.
The ITV daytime show's presenting duo were keen to chat to the host about the return of her reality show with her husband Ozzy Osbourne. It was revealed back in September that the couple will be returning to screens as they document their move back to the UK from Los Angeles after more than 20 years.
Home To Roost will be a 10-episode series and is a revival of the family’s fly-on-the-wall show The Osbournes, which ran from 2002 to 2005 documenting their life in LA and is credited with being one of the first hit reality TV formats. The series is expected to follow the Osbournes as they celebrate one of their most important years yet – with everything from Sharon’s 70th birthday to the birth of Kelly's first child.

But when asked about the decision for her and Ozzy' to move back to the UK after two decades, Sharon told Holly and Phillip: "Age, life changes and everything changes so quickly. I stopped one day and it's like: 'what are we doing here? We don't belong here!'"
She added: "I've always been very English and I've never been a Brit that goes there that has a bi-coastal accent. It's just not me. I'm British and I belong here." But she had to convince Ozzy. "It's been so long since he spent time here," the 70-year-old said. "It's like for him , 'I don't know where to go anymore!'
"But I'd rather have the grey and drizzle than the sunny life there. The best place in the world to go for a holiday is LA. But to live there… when you're still very British. It's not for us." When asked how their kids feel about her decision, Sharon admitted: "They're not happy. They say ''you can't do this'', but I just don't feel content there anymore."
After Holly and Phillip suggested her career had gone a bit wrong across the pond, Sharon added: "It went very wrong, very very wrong and you know, they say that there is no blacklisting in America, well I'm living proof that there is," she replied.
"And not that I'm resentful or whatever, just a fact of life. It happens doesn't it?" Phillip then asked: "So did you actually get cancelled?' to which Sharon insisted: "Yes I did." She appeared to be referring to March 2021 when she defended Piers Morgan on US show The Talk against backlash from the panel who said he'd been 'racist and sexist' in his coverage of Meghan Markle.
But as she appeared on the show, This Morning viewers were quick to comment on social media as they didn't believe it was her. @daviddownie17 tweeted: "I’m not having that it’s Sharon Osbourne on This Morning here." @Fordy52 commented: "That woman looks a bit like Sharon Osbourne I reckon #ThisMorning."
Meanwhile, @AmyW_x said: "Sharon Osbourne looks absolutely amazing. I know she’s had work done but good on her, if I had the money I would too! #thismorning."
