Alison Hammond has melted the hearts of her loyal followers as she shared an emotional tribute to her son who she said was her 'last real love'.
The This Morning host is mum to 17-year-old son Aiden. She gave birth to her son in February 2005, less than three years after she appeared in the third series of popular reality show Big Brother. She shares Aiden with her ex-husband cab driver Noureddine Boufaied.
Taking to Instagram on Monday, after starting her week by hosting the ITV daytime show alongside Dermot O'Leary, Alison shared a video of her boy which featured pictures and clips of Aiden from being a toddler to a teenager, posing for his mum's photos and working out with her in the gym.
The adorable video is set to an acoustic cover of Disclosure's Latch and Alison shared it to her millions of followers and commented: "My baby is growing up so fast . Everyday I pray for him and he will always be the apple of my eye . My Aidan, My last Real love."
The 47-year-old TV star was soon being flooded with messages, including from her This Morning co-stars including Vanessa Feltz who said: "He is a credit to you and a handsome kind beautiful blessing. Plus his mum isn’t too shabby either."
Fellow This Morning presenter and close friend Josie Gibson commented: " I love this so much! He's a real gentleman I bet your so proud you've done so well."
Meanwhile, Celebs Go Dating star Anna Williamson wrote: "He’s so gorgeous Al," which was a comment echoed by Rachel Stevens, who appeared in the last series of Dancing On Ice, who simply wrote: "Gorgeous," with a red heart.

Alison and Aiden enjoyed a joint birthday party earlier this year as they share the same birth date, 30 years apart. She shared a photo from the big bash on Instagram back in Febrayr. The black and white snap showed Alison in a party mood while her son, Aiden, laughed in front of a huge ballon and light display and sparklers going off in the background.
"About last night - 47/17 Two birthdays Mother and son . Aidan was born on my birthday," she said. Every year it’s always been so special sharing our birthdays - so proud of my son he had the best night."
Alison shared a rare photo of her former partner, who she divorced in 2014, back in November as she shared her pride for their son. She posted a video to TikTok showing off a then-16-year-old Aidan all suited and booted at the Pride of Britain Awards.
It showed Alison hopping on a trend doing the rounds on the video platform where users show a photo of their child then their parents or vice versa. She first shared a photo of Noureddine Boufaied, before a glam selfie of herself appeared on the screen.
It then ended with teenager Aidan in a tartan suit giving his best blue steel on a 360 video booth on the red carpet of the annual ceremony. "Aidan is certainly here! Our Son #viral," Alison shared alongside the video.
