ITV This Morning fans 'can't watch' as woman wants to be engaged to alien

Fans of This Morning said they 'can't watch' as a special guest appeared on the show today.

Emmanuelle Rose claimed to have been abducted by aliens just over a year ago, and today she appeared on the ITV show to talk about her experience with Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby. She claims to have fallen in love with her extra-terrestrial friend after meeting five aliens while onboard their spaceship. The alien has now become her boyfriend and she is desperate for him to propose.

Introducing the unique couple, Phil said: "Our next guest probably holds the record for biggest long-distance relationship ever." She brought an inflatable alien on to the show with her which she said was a "symbolic representation" of her boyfriend.

Speaking of what she had learnt of the alien species, Emmanuelle said: "In the alien communities on other planets, it's like a downgrade to come to Earth." She said she can't spot aliens, even though they are walking among us on our planet, allegedly, as they can't be seen with the human eye. The sci-fi lover said that aliens watch TV and are on Instagram but they don't understand the Kardashians.

But the guest also had reservations about the safety of her partner. She said: "I don't want him to end up in Area 51 with the other aliens." Holly asked: "Do you worry about him being on here today?" Emmanuel replied: "Well, yeah."

When asked where the alien is at the minute, Emmanuel answered: "He's somewhere in the atmosphere. He doesn't really tell me his co-ordinates because of the FBI. They're afraid if they make themselves known to the population it will start some kind of war."

Fans on Twitter were baffled by the out-of-this-world segment with some saying that they 'couldn't watch'. Kathryn said: "What the hell! Can’t watch any longer #ThisMorning."

Albie said: "Nah I can't that was too much #ThisMorning." Meanwhile, Patricia said: "Where do they find these people seriously? Wants her alien boyfriend to propose to her - Why encourage her? The last time I watched they had a woman who could talk to mermaids... I'm just off to have a chat with the fairies."
