This Morning has confirmed when Holly Willoughby, who presented the show alongside former host Phillip Schofield, will return. Phil, 62, announced his shock departure from the show after more than 20 years, stating he was quitting the ITV programme with immediate effect.
This meant his last appearance on the show had come the previous Thursday. While Phil has left, Holly remains on the show, but revealed she is taking an early half term break, reports the Mirror.
Her co-star Camilla Tominey – who regularly appears on the programme in the news segment – has confirmed Holly will be back on the blue sofa very soon, and in a column, the journalist stated Holly would be back fronting the show on June 5.
