Alison Hammond apologised for interrupting This Morning after being offered support by herco-host Dermot O'Leary. The presenter was back at the helm of the ITV daytime show on Friday, January 13.
The pair kicked off the show in unusual style as they 'laughed in the face' of superstition due to it being Friday the 13th. They were seen backstage before making their way into the main London-based studio where Gyles Brandreth got told off by Dermot for putting an umbrella up in the studio and wearing a jumper with a lack cat on, Manchester Evening News reports.
The former X Factor host was then seen throwing some spilled salt over his shoulder before scolding Alison for putting new shoes on the table in front of them. It then ended with Alison looking into a mirror before turning it round to show it was full of cracks.
