The Masked Singer UK fans are convinced of Knitting's identity after they say a huge clue was posted to Instagram. The hit ITV show was back on Saturday night, January 14 with celebrity panelists Davina McCall, Jonathan Ross, Rita Ora and Mo Gilligan all trying to figure out who the celebs behind the bizarre costumes are from just their singing voices.
Knitting took to the stage again for their second performance of the series. Viewers believed they had already worked out her identity following clues last week, Birmingham Live reports.
They pointed to Claire Richards from Steps being behind the mask with a lone magpie appearing to reference the group's hit One for Sorrow and a number mentioned in a riddle being the sum of 5,6,7,8, another one of the pop band's hits. But an Instagram clue has sealed the deal for many.

Fans watching the show at home were also convinced they had rumbled the star from her distinctive voice. Natasha Lockley wrote: "Knitting has definately gotta be Claire Richards. She has a distinct beautiful voice."

Knitting was in the sing-off along with Cat and Mouse but was saved by the celebrity panelists.
