ITV The Chase fans were overjoyed to see Darragh Ennis return as the chaser.
Bradley Walsh was back on top form as he welcomed yet another panel of contestants hoping to win a huge cash prize. Taking them on in today's show was someone viewers have been dying to see for almost a month.
Making his long-awaited return, Darragh 'The Menace' Ennis surprised fans after an over two-week absence from the show. Since his last appearance, there's been a massive fan outcry to get him back in the chaser's seat.

Clearly a favourite amongst viewers, Twitter was flooded with excitement as Darragh turned the corner and welcomed today's contestants. One comment said: "He’s here! That long weekend was so worth it! #TheChase."
Another said: "Darragh!!! Is it Christmas already?? #TheChase." A third comment added: "Best chaser has arisen #TheChase."
For weeks fans have been tweeting both Darragh and the show hoping his appearance would have been sooner. Last week Twitter was flooded with speculation over when he would return. One tweet said: "We are due Darragh surely? I wasn't around when he was last on so it's been about six weeks since I got my fix of his cheekbones #theChase."
