ITV The Chase's Anne Hegerty warns Bradley Walsh is a 'dead man' after comment

Bradley Walsh received a warning from Anne Hegerty after a comment on The Chase.

The 62-year-old presenter returned to front Tuesday's edition of the ITV game show. George, Charlotte, Louis and Archie were testing their wits against The Governess on today's show.

George was first up and earned £8,000 in an impressive cash-builder. Bradley introduced all the Chasers as he asked the quizzer who he would like to face on the latest episode.

The host joked: "Or are we taking on The Governess? Yes that's her folks. Just in case any one wants to report an unattended bag."

The player wanted to take on Paul Sinha and Bradley backtracked when he found out Anne was today's Chaser. He said: "By the way, I don't write the intros."

Anne was in hysterics as she issued a warning. She shot back: "You're still a dead man."

George continued his impressive display as he booked his spot in the Final Chase. He was joined in the last round by Charlotte and Louis as the team competed for an overall £12,000.

They built up 17 steps but left empty handed as Anne caught them with 30 seconds remaining.
