A contestant on The Chase came under fire after a remark they made on today's programme.
Bradley Walsh welcomed four new quizzers on Wednesday's edition of the popular gameshow.
Melanie, Jeff, James and Eirlys were all testing their wits against Mark Labbett in a bid to win a cash prize.

Melanie was up first in seat 1 and the human resources specialist put in a impressive performance to bank £8,000 for the Final Chase.
Jeff continued the team's strong showing as he built up £6,000 in his opening round.
The 38-year-old project manager resisted the temptation of the higher offer before engaging in a nail-biting head-to-head with The Beast.
However, fans were furious after Jeff showed his working as he tried to work out which city hosted the 2018 Winter Olympics.
Jeff eventually opted for the correct answer of PyeongChang after he ruled out Sochi and Vancouver.
He remarked the Vancouver event was "before his time" - and viewers on Twitter took to the social media platform to criticise the comment as the games took place in 2010.
Kurtis said: "The winter Olympics in Vancouver was in 2010 wasn't it? How is that before his time"
Clare added: "2010 was before your time?"
Kurtis commented: "The winter Olympics in Vancouver was in 2010 wasn't it? How is that before his time?"
Triple 6 posted : "OH GET OFF MY TV NOW!!"
Jeff progressed through to the Final Chase and was joined by the full team as they competed for an overall total of £12,000.
The team built up 23 steps in the last round, but The Beast caught them with 5 seconds remaining.
